AIRFARE REQUEST
While we accept requests for quotes and bookings by phone and faxes, the
most efficient way is by way of email. You can communicate your ideal
scenario through email including; your city of departure and date; what
cities you'd like to visit (and when); and your return date. One of our
international travel specialists XIG will begin working on your travel plans as soon as
your email is submitted to XIG. That
XIG will research the best itinerary available, and get back to you with
the information they can find. Please keep in mind that some routings may
include destinations with limited connections, or departure and return
dates. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, faxing
information and a complete mailing address
with your quote request. That way XIG
can better facilitate easy communications and completion of
your booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until ticketed.
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
The first trans-Pacific or trans-Atlantic and for some routings,
the final trans-Atlantic and/or trans-Pacific leg must be reserved in
advance. Any changes to this reservation can result in a heavy penalty.
Other sectors can be reserved and changed without penalty. If you'd like
to change a reservation, simply contact
the airline involved.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION
Depending on the airline, Confirmed reservations can be held for a maximum of two weeks, After
that time air carriers require rebooking. If you allow
your reservations to lapse you could risk the availability of your itinerary.
If, for any reason, you determine that you will not be able to use a reservation
you have made through our XIG, please call or email them to cancel it.

TICKET PURCHASE
All final confirmation and purchase transactions are prepared over the
telephone. Once booked, you may receive your itinerary by way of a fax, email or regular
mail, depending on your preference.
TRIP CANCELLATION Depending upon the airline, in the event you will not be able to make a
trip that has been ticketed, there may be penalties of 30-50% to
your non-refundable fee, plus any airline imposed cancellation penalties.
RUSH ORDERS
Only cashiers checks, money orders and wire transfers are acceptable forms
of payment for rush orders.
TICKET DELIVERY XIG uses Federal Express for deliveries. Check with your ITS for more
specific information about your ticket delivery.
FLIGHT CONFIRMATION All international flight reservations must be reconfirmed at least 72
hours before departure. Not complying with this rule may result in
cancellation of your reservation.
REFUNDS
Depending on the airlines involved, your refund could take up to six
months. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. Speak to your
XIG
regarding the refund
for your particular fare.
